Winter Camp

It was deep in the woods when a big snow storm happened. This story takes place at a cabin in the woods. What I liked about this story was that it described a lot of ways to survive in the cold and what to wear. Also, it had cool adventures and problems. I would recommend this book because it shows courage and it shows how to survive in the cold and specific details on how to do them. My favorite character was Natasha, the Indian woman who believes in the old ways because she knows how to do so many things.  Even though she is in her eighties, she is really tough. The main character, who is also Natasha, changes because she believes in the old ways and thinks that it is better to learn that way to almost liking the new ways because she uses them to help her friends and herself. I would give this book a rating of 4/5 stars.
