Winter

Ouch! Cold and wet substance seeps down my back must take cover in my fort! Wow that was Close! YA! Yes direct hit. I win! Snowball fights in wintertime are the best things to do. In winter you can play outside, Go sledding and after all of that you can go inside and have some nice warm hot chocolate. Winter is my favorite time of year because of hockey, snow, and Christmas.

To begin with I love hockey in the winter because it is the main hockey season. We play the hardest teams in the winter. For example we played a team that looked really good but it turned out that they were just as good as us and we still won 3 to 1! Obviously I really like hockey in the wintertime.

In addition to hockey I also love winter because of the snow! Building snow forts and then having snowball fights is a fun part of winter. For example sometimes snowball fights can be so much fun because a lot of the time the snowballs are actually ice and slush balls that’s what is really fun. In conclusion you see that I like snow.

Lastly I like winter because of Christmas! I like Christmas because of presents and family. For me Christmas is exciting because I get a lot of new stuff to play with and because I can see the rest of my family. For example this Christmas I went to St. Louis and the whole time I was playing with my cousins and having a good time with the rest of my family. So as you can see I love Christmas in the winter.

Unquestionably I love the winter because of Christmas, snow, and hockey.
