It describes step by step just like if you were actually there doing it yourself. It also tells you how to make different products like ice cream sandwiches. YUM!
I recommend this book to people that love ice cream and are curious about the creating ice cream part.
Personally I liked this book because it was very unique and I liked it’s style. It was also well written.
