Alex is celebrating the New Year in Scotland with his girlfriend, Sabrina and her family, Edward and Elizabeth. Edward is a journalist and is writing about Desmond McCain, a two timer champion at boxing, almost prime minister, and now a reverend. Reverend McCain owns a charity called First Aid and First Aid sends help around the world fast. In Scotland, Edward is hunted down and sniped which derailed his rented car into Lake where Alex demonstrates his survival skills. When Alex returns home, a journalist named Harry Bulman tells Alex he knows everything about him and is about to write a book about him and so Alex relies on MI6, but help isn’t cheap. MI6 require him in return to infiltrate a generic mutation lab and figure out what it is doing.  In the facility,  Alex meets McCain again in a meeting about a project called ” Poison Dawn”,  and  angers/worry  McCain so much that Alex might ruin his plan. So to keep the project a secret, McCain kidnapps Alex and poisons so he can smuggle him to Kenya.  Once in Kenya Alex has to choose to save the world or himself.
