Holes by Louis Sachar

Realistic Fiction

Book Blurb By J.B.

The main characters are Stanley and Zero, the setting takes place at Camp Green Lake, where they dig holes. The conflict is that he has to stay there for 8 months and if he ditches the camp, there is no place to go because a desert surrounds the camp. In Holes, Stanley who’s the main character, has to go to Camp Green Lake.  Camp Green Lake is a juvenile school for kids and the kids there dig holes the whole day. At Camp Green Lake,  Stanley makes new friends. I would recommend this book to people that like exciting and funny events. The thing I liked about this book was that it taught you a lesson if you did something bad, and the thing I didn’t like about this book was that at some points it was boring but mainly the whole book was good. I hope this book review about Holes by Louis Sachar makes you want to read this outstanding book. The rating I would give this book would be **** out of *****.
