My Favorite Season

There are times of year where parts of the world are covered in white icy flakes. It is a cool weather and interesting things to do in the weather. This season is winter. Winter has humongous fun like snow, sledding, and building anything out of snow. Winter has friends playing every second of the day. Winter is my favorite time of year because of the snow, Christmas, and the winter sports.

To begin with, I greatly like the icy winter’s snow. Unlike summer grounds, winter has white icy flakes to keep us company from being bored. I like snow when it is a few inches high. In winter, one of my favorite things to do is have a snowball fight with my brother. I usually win because I am a better snowball maker and a better fort maker. These reasons make snow the best. Without a doubt, I love the snow in the winter.

Along with the snow, I like Christmas has my favorite holiday. There different things do in Christmas like getting presents, decorating a tree, and decorating the house, are some of my favorite things to do in Christmas. In Christmas time I like it when my friends and family come for a good Christmas dinner. I am always anxious to see what kind of presents I got. I hope I get what I want. All in all, Christmas is my favorite holiday in the winter.

Above all, my favorite thing about winter is the winter sports. Unlike all other seasons, in the winter you can go skiing, sledding, and ice-skating. My favorite winter sport is skiing down the double black diamond hill, the hardest hill to go down. I always go down that hill with my friends and family. It is really scary at first but once you get used to it, it is really fun. The winter sports make winter my favorite season. Winter sports make winter the best season.                                 As a result, winter is, no matter what my favorite season. The reason why winter is the best season is because of the snow, Christmas, and all of the winter sports. Unlike all other seasons, winter is the only one that offers snow.
