Lawn Boy by Gary Paulson
Genre: Realistic Fiction
Blurb by Paul

Arnold is a thoughtful twelve-year-old boy. His parents don’t have very much money and he wants to help them financially. One day his Grandmother gives Arnold a cool old-fashion riding lawn mower for his birthday. When he starts to mow his own lawn, people start paying him to do their lawns. After a few days he has more than one hundred dollars that he earned from mowing. When he sees a person who helps him expand his business, well, I’ll just say he improves in his financial problems for his family… by about two hundred thousand dollars. I think you will like this book if you like short books and books about money and economy.
