The Life and Times of J. L. Kraft

Biography

Review by Robbie

The Life and Times of J.L. Kraft is of course about J. L. Kraft, a very successful food inventor that invented pasteurized cheese (cheese that is made by boiling cheese and constant stirring it while it is boiling). Pasteurized cheese stays fresh much longer than freshly made non pasteurized cheese which stayed fresh for only up to twenty four hours, while pasteurized cheese can stay fresh for months.  While he was alive, they did a graph that showed most Americans like pasteurized cheese more. In this book you can read from his birth to him owning a multimillion-dollar business.   I personally liked it and would give it an 8 out of 10. I would recommend this book to people 8-all ages.
