Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce you … Bloat Man. here is how he was created. First, I took a picture of a classmate. Then I went to Photo Shop and used all sorts of effects like Liquify,Bloat,Pucker and Warp. Then I added a few finishing touches and turned it into a JPEG. I hope you enjoy the picture of Bloat Man below.
