Some of my favorite things in 3rd grade were the field trips we went to. Places like Navy Pier and the Grove.  The Grove was fun because we acted like pioneers the whole trip. Navy Pier was fun because we went on a boat and ate lunch. Another thing I liked about 3rd were the parties. Some of the parties were the gem party and the reading log party. The gem party is when your class fills a glass full of germs and at the end of the day you have a party. The reading log party is when your class has a certain amount of minutes. You can bring snacks and some treats for yourself or for the whole class. Those are some things I liked in 3rd grade.

Our PicoCricket plan was really awesome! The only thing that we had to change was that the guys head would not come off of his body so we had to  make him hold his so it would come off. It was not difficult but it was not simple. So it was in the middle. It was very extraordinary to do but it was hard to set up. If my PicoCricket could do anything I would make it fly.

It was cool because I learned about Ghana time. It was fun to hear what he said. He knew two songs that we did in our play. I liked the experience.
