II. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. 2011-2013 Board of Education Legacy
Dr. Jauch and the Board of Education will discuss the draft of the “Legacy Statement” to make certain that it reflects the Board’s thoughts, and they will wordsmith the statement as necessary.
B. Built to Last Book
Dr. Jauch will lead a discussion to gather the Board of Education’s thoughts on the main tenets of the book entitled Built to Last and consider whether they may lend themselves to the school district’s upcoming strategic plan.

A. Discuss Employment, Dismissal and Appointment of Personnel
B. Discuss Possible Litigation Issues
