      Pendragon; the Merchant of Death

      By D. J. MacHale

      Blurb by Youngjin K.

Bobby Pendragon is just a normal 14-year old boy. He has a family, a home, and even a dog. But something is very special about Bobby; he is going to save the world, and not just our world, everything, everyplace, everyone. He writes in his journals to Courtney and Mark and he writes to them about his adventure on Denduron, a place with three suns, and he figures, it is just the beginning. I liked that the story was about traveling through space and time, and that the way they wrote it actually was like how we think. I did not like the book because it switched from first person, in Bobby’s journal, to third person, on Earth/Second Earth.

I would recommend this to a friend because it was a good book and it had lots of action in the end. My favorite character was Bobby’s Uncle Press because he always stayed calm even when it was time to panic. The main character changed from being very normal like everyone else to courageous and very curious about everything. I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.

      Running Out Of Time

      Running Out Of Time

      By: Margaret Peterson Haddix

      Blurb by: Alex A.

The book I am blurbing about is Running Out Of Time by Margaret Peterson Haddix. It was mostly about how a young farm girl named Jessie was living in a make believe town called Clifton Village, which was supposedly in 1820. Jessie and her brothers and sisters actually believed it was 1820, when it was actually 1994. The children never knew the year they were actually living in, except for the parents. When a diphtheria sickness spreads all over the Clifton village, it is up to Jessie to find the cure and save her friends and family before it is too late.

This book is an amazing adventure book. I would recommend this book because it is a thriller, and when I was reading it, I never wanted to put the book down. I was always on the edge of my seat. So I suggest that you go to your public library and read it yourself. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

      Angels and Demons

      By 13chelseay | February 26, 2010

Angels and Demons By Dan Brown Blurb By Chelsea Angels and Demons is a thrilling adventure and mystery book. Robert Langdon is called to CERN with a frightening photo of Lenardo Vetra, murdered and burned with Illuminati on his chest. Robert and Vittoria (Leonardo's daughter) are cast on a adventure all over Rome finding   murdered popes, trying to prevent a anti-mater bomb exploding The Vatican and the final quest to the Illuminati liar. I love this fascinating adventure because their first guess for the right answer may not always be the right one. I don't like this story because you have to infer a lot to understand the plot. I would recommend this book to people that have read The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown because this is the prequel to it. It is also a very exiting and plot turning story. I finished it really soon to know the ending. I would not recommend this book to people that are easily frightened by killing and murders. This book contains some murders and killing. My favorite character is Vittoria because she is a skilled scientist with a smart mind and a strong sole. I give this book a five out of five.

      Cracker Jackson

      Cracker Jackson
      By: Betsy Byars
      Blurb by: Arch T.
This was one fabulous book that I couldn't put down. Have you ever had a baby sitter? Well Jackson did have one to and he really liked her, and he would do anything for her. When he gets a note from Alma his former babysitter that says Keep Away Cracker or He Will Hurt You Jackson wonders what it means. The note was an anonymous but Jackson knew it was from Alma because she was the only person who called him Cracker. I liked this story because of the action that took place. If I tell you about the action I will give to much away. The one time I didn't like this book was when I heard that Alma was hurt that made me feel like oh man now everybody is going to get in huge trouble because someone found out. I really should not say more. I would recommend this book to my friends because I got to enjoy it and they should be able too read it too. I have to say that Jackson's best friend was my favorite character because he was so funny. Jackson changed throughout the story by learning to relax and not be so tense. This book would get a 5/5 rating for its flawless plot.
