How would you feel if you were in a land were there was a war going on, were the kids had to go to a land with some people that are really mean. They know that they will be getting into a lot of trouble so they start running around the house looking for a place to hide, all four of them and the last place that they can find is a wardrobe in a room. They all get inside the wardrobe and there are some really warm leather jackets and behind them, there is a magic world of snow. What happens next? Who knows, read the book!

Rules by Cynthia Lord
Reviewed by: Rachel
This blurb is about a girl named Catherine. Her brother, David, has autism and she works with him to understand specific day to day activities. Katherine creates rules for her brother to help him make good choices at home and around his house in the neighborhood. Some of the rules are ‘no fish in the fish tank.’ Another rule she taught him is ‘when someone says hi to you you say hi back.‘ It is summertime and Catherine, David and their mom travel to David’s therapy session just down the street. There Catherine meets a boy named Jason who has various disabilities and cannot speak to communicate. He has a communication book where he points to pictures and other people are able to understand what he is saying. Catherine and Jason become friends and spend part of the summer together. Catherine learns how to accept, understand and communicate with others who have disabilities.
It is a very engaging, yet sad story and it shows how hard children with disabilities have to work to communicate with others. If you want to hear more about it, you will have to read the book! I would give this book five stars out of five!

The Twits
Blurb by Rachel
By Roald Dahl
The Twits really are twits.
In this story two people who are a couple that they are both 60 years old. Mrs. and Mr. Twit are the smelliest, ugliest and nastiest people in the whole world. In middle of the book they pull crazy pranks on each other, like when Mr. Twit stretched Mrs. Twit so that he would not have to see her again. He told he she had the shrinks and they needed to get her back to her normal size. So Mr. Twit took balloons and tied them into her( Mrs. Twit) hair and around her arms and legs. She asked if they are tied well on the ground so she would not float up, that gave Mr. Twit an idea which was to cut the strings once she was not looking. He cut them.
Through all these horrible and mean pranks do any of them die?
Well I guess you should read the book.
I would give this book a 5 out of 5 because although it was rude it was funny and very entertaining. I recommend this book for you if you like to laugh

Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do
This month I read a book called Glee. The book is nothing like the show it is better.
It is about a Glee club that wants to be seen. My favorite part is when the glee club( Kurt,Mercedes, Rachel and Artie) has a performance in front of the whole school. Rachel has an amazing voice! Before that Finn a tall football boy hears Rachel sing in the auditorium. Rachel has had a huge crush on Finn for such a long time. In the auditorium Rachel says” that the glee club has a performance next week”. Finn says” that the cheerleaders are going to sabotage they’re performance.
If you want to know if the cheerleaders actually sabotaged they’re performance Read The Book!
