As I look at this more, it furthers the thought that our hardware is in place but communication and collaboration inside of classroom between teacher and student and from classroom to outside world could be improved. The Parent Internet Cafe is something I think we need to consider to help the needs of those last few parents who do not have access to the Internet at home.
