Just a reminder to all parents and students that Friday December 4th’s dance has been canceled.

The boys and girls basketball teams are kicking off their seasons in the next week with the annual Avoca Thanksgiving Tournaments!  Come see your Vikings in action.

The boys tournament is the 18th and 19th.  On the 18th the Vikings play at 5:00 and 7:00!  Second day game times are determined by the first day results.

The girls tournament is the 23rd and 24th.  On the 23rd the Vikings play at 5:00 and 7:00.  Second day game times are determined by first day results.

A big thank you goes out to John Baker who helped Marie Murphy celebrate Veterans Day this year!  John, a Vietnam veteran, came and gave an inspirational and educational message to all three grades.

American Education Breakfast at Marie Murphy Tuesday, November 17 8:15-9:15 AM.  Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to Mrs. Mazur, Mrs. Allen, and the girls volleyball teams for an outstanding finish to the season!  At the annual conference tournament on Tuesday, October 20 they both placed 2nd overall!  Congratulations on a great season!

Students were excited and interested to have Ira David Socol, author, Skype in and talk to them on Thursday!  While connected, Ira gave an inspirational message to the students about his troubles through school, how he learned from them, and turned them into success.

There will be early dismissal for all students Wednesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 22.  Dismissal time is at 11:00 a.m.  There will also be no school for students on Friday October 23.
