Because of the heat wave expected today and tomorrow, it seems prudent to move through tonight’s Open House program at a quicker pace than previously posted. Please refer to the revised time schedule below!
We also encourage you to dress very informally, keeping comfort the highest priority. Be mindful that the ITC will serve as a great cooling center, with chilled beverages being provided throughout the evening in order to hydrate and help you to endure the heat.
We are anticipating an enjoyable evening for all!

Dear Parents/Guardians:
You are cordially invited to attend our Open House program this evening (Thursday, September 1, 2011). You will have the opportunity to move through your child’s schedule and meet all his/her teachers. While in your child’s first-period class, you will hear a brief, but very important, presentation from our room mothers.
A copy of your child’s schedule will be made available to you just after you walk in the front doors, which you will need in order to navigate throughout the evening.
Beginning in the main gym, the format for the evening will look something like this:

We are eager to share information with you concerning all of our programs and extra-curricular activities–and we know this is going to be a great school year for all students, as there are so many new and exciting adventures that lie ahead.
