Summer School 2012 June 18 – July 20

Avoca School District 37 offers reading and math classes during the summer for Kindergarten through 7th grade students who need academic assistance in these areas. Parents may choose to enroll their children in summer reading and math classes or a student may be recommended by their teacher or grade level team. Recommendations will be made during February Parent / Teacher Conferences. Summer reading and math classes provide a review of concepts covered in your child’s current grade level with an overview of the beginning unit for the next grade level.

You may register for District 37 reading and math classes by sending an e mail to cetronek@avoca37.org. You may also request bus service. Please state class preference – reading, math or both / your child’s name / current grade level / current classroom teacher / bus service needed (if you are requesting bus service and are taking enrichment classes, we will need to know what periods your child is taking those classes) / address for pick up and drop off if requesting bus service.

Payment for District 37 reading/math classes and/or bus fees can be done online though the Avoca Web Store, however, you will still have to register via e mail. For payments, go to avoca37.org/parentsandcommunity – click on the web store icon or you can follow this link directly http://avoca.revtrak.net/tek9.asp . This will take you directly to the payment section. You will need to click on the summer school fees link on the left side of the screen.
