I think that this relationship with Jem and Atticus is really like an adult relationship, because Jem act like Atticus is his friend but, its really his father. I agree how he stood up for his father. Atticus told him to go home but he told him no so they want hurt him thats how much he love Atticus.

I agree, because Atticus even admitted his self that if Scout wouldn't have brought the men to their sences he would have got beaten really bad. Also Jem had a part in saving Atticus and Tom Robinson by being a "hard head". When Atticus told him to take Scout and Dill home he said "no". Danville, VA

In the beggeing of the story everyone thinks of Boo Radley is a bad person, but on the other hand Boo is kind and sweet and everyone found out at the end of the story!

in the first part of the story people in maycomb think boo radley is some crazy man, but really he is probably kind and sweet but noone in maycomb will give him the chance because of all the stories they hear from other but you cant always believe what you here. he did do the tree hole for jem and scout. and i know he helps jem out once more in the book. oh and we can't forget when he folded jems pants for him. that has to show boo is a nice man in some ways!

Hi this book has been really good, but there is still one thing that im wondering about. See Harper Lee said something about Jem braking his arm, but they never told how he did it. I think Harper Lee could have went and told use how he broke his arm. Nice chatting

The title of this book is To Kill A Mockingbird. I think that the title of this book really leads up to the story. In one part of the story Atticus said that he had got his first gun when he was fourteen and he used it to kill a Mockingbird.

At first everyone thought that Boo Radley was a bad person but he showed his true colors by showing that he wasen't a bad person at all he put presents in the tree hole for Scout and Jem.
