The Avoca Food Service Committee discussed gathering parent and staff feedback on the lunch program throughout the year versus only on an annual survey. Scan the QR code below and let us know what you love about the program and any areas where we can spice things up!

2024-2025 Preschool Enrollment is Open
Requirements: Students must be 3 years old before the school year starts. Students should be toilet-trained.
Class Capacity: Limited. Once the limit is reached, students will be placed on a waiting list.
Registration Process:
- Complete the Enrollment Form as soon as possible. Paper copies are available in the front office of both schools.
- Submit the form and a $100 non-refundable application fee to Dawn Scaramuzza in the Student Services Office at Marie Murphy School
- Spot Reservation: Secure a spot in either the morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) class.
Morning Class (AM): Monday to Thursday from 8:50 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. (recommended for 3-year-olds)
Afternoon Class (PM): Monday to Friday from 12:25 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. (recommended for 4-year-olds)

Art in Action Day at Avoca West
Art in Action Day at Avoca will be on Thursday, February 1 from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. For those of you unfamiliar with this event, our gymnasium is transformed into an art studio where visiting artists set up shop and help our students create fine arts projects to take home. The kids love this event!
We need your help to assist our special guest artists and our students at each station. Please consider signing up for the entire day or half a day. No art skills are needed! Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.
